  • 1 headbroccoli cut into florets
  • 8- ozfresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 3 Tbspbutter
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1/4 cupteriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tspsesame seeds

Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 3 Tbsp butter and let it melt, swirling the pan to coat the bottom.
  2. Add 1 head broccoli (cut into florets), 8 oz fresh mushrooms (sliced), and 1 shallot (diced) to the skillet.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes, until the vegetables are starting to soften.
  4. Add 1 tsp minced garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the vegetables.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli reaches your desired tenderness.
  7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
