Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 pint Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 5 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 5 Oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Grapefruits, peeled and chopped
  • 12 ounces Blueberries
  • 1 cup Mint, chopped and divided
  • ½ cup Orange juice (or juice from 1 large orange)
  • 2 tablespoons Light brown sugar, packed

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwis, chop oranges and grapefruits, and rinse blueberries.
  • Step 2: Combine the Fruits - In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwis, oranges, grapefruits, and blueberries. Toss gently.
  • Step 3: Make the Dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and light brown sugar until dissolved.
  • Step 4: Dress the Fruit - Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
  • Step 5: Add Mint - Stir in most of the chopped mint, reserving some for garnish.
  • Step 6: Let It Chill - Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days for best flavor.
