Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwis, chop oranges and grapefruits, and rinse blueberries.
Step 2: Combine the Fruits - In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwis, oranges, grapefruits, and blueberries. Toss gently.
Step 3: Make the Dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice and light brown sugar until dissolved.
Step 4: Dress the Fruit - Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruits and gently toss to coat.
Step 5: Add Mint - Stir in most of the chopped mint, reserving some for garnish.
