Ingredients

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 cups Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or milk

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Step 4: Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Step 5: Scoop out portions of dough using a cookie scoop or measuring cup and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are soft. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
