Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp butter for that creamy texture
  • 1 tsp minced garlic to add depth of flavor
  • 2 tsp soy sauce the star of the show
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for a spicy kick
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar to balance the savory notes
  • 30 oz Ramen Noodles any flavor will do, just toss the seasoning packet
  • 1 egg for richness and protein
  • to taste Everything Bagel Seasoning for that extra crunch and flavor
  • to taste Green onions sliced, for garnish and freshness

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Boil the Noodles. Start by bringing a large pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Flavor Base. In a skillet, melt the 1 tsp of butter over medium heat. Add the 1 tsp of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Step 3: Add the Sweet and Savory Mix. Stir in the 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Mix well until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture starts to bubble slightly.
  4. Step 4: Combine Noodles with the Sauce. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until they are well-coated. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb all the wonderful flavors.
  5. Step 5: Cook the Egg. In a small bowl, whisk the 1 egg until well beaten. Push the noodles to one side of the skillet and pour the egg into the other side. Stir gently to scramble the egg until it's fully cooked, then mix it with the noodles.
  6. Step 6: Serve and Garnish. Scoop the ramen into a serving bowl and sprinkle generously with Everything Bagel Seasoning and sliced green onions. Enjoy your TikTok Ramen hot and fresh!
