Ingredients
  

For the Pizza:
  • 1 large Flour Tortilla
  • 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Toppings e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives

Method
 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Place the large flour tortilla on a baking sheet and brush one side with olive oil.
  3. Step 3: Spread 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the oiled side of the tortilla.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle a generous amount of Italian seasoning over the sauce.
  5. Step 5: Evenly distribute the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and seasoning.
  6. Step 6: Add your choice of toppings on top of the cheese.
  7. Step 7: Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  8. Step 8: Remove from the oven, cool for a minute, slice into wedges, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use a gluten-free tortilla for a gluten-free option.
  • For a vegan version, substitute cheese with a plant-based alternative.
