  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 12.6 ozpacket light tuna in water I use less sodium
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise (check labels for whole30)
  • 2 tablespoonschopped red onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Open the 12.6 oz packet light tuna in water and drain it thoroughly; transfer the tuna to a medium bowl.
  2. Peel and chop the 2 hard-boiled eggs into roughly 1/2-inch pieces and add them to the bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons chopped red onion to the bowl.
  4. Use a fork to flake the tuna and mix all ingredients together until evenly combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir once more to distribute the seasoning.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat; eat as-is from the bowl or pile on toast, in a wrap, or over greens.
