Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the jalapeno peppers under cold water, slice each in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until creamy.
Step 3: Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
