- Start by mixing the vegetarian refried beans with the taco seasoning mix in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined and set aside.
- Using an offset spatula, spread the seasoned refried beans evenly in the bottom of your pie plate or shallow serving bowl.
- Layer the vegan cashew sour cream over the beans and spread it gently.
- Spoon the chunky salsa on top of the cashew sour cream layer, spreading it evenly.
- Add the guacamole next, spreading it evenly over the salsa layer.
- Sprinkle the diced yellow bell pepper and cherry tomatoes over the guacamole.
- Finish by scattering the sliced olives and green onions on top.
