Directions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it preheats.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Whisk in the flour, cooking for another minute until it turns a light golden color. Gradually add the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the white garlic sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the chicken, tomato, mushrooms, onion, artichokes, and spinach. Finish with parmesan cheese and basil.
- Carefully place your pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.
